Community needs / Propose a problem

Is there a real operational problem that existing software ignores, overcomplicates or locks behind an unsuitable service?

Dimitrium welcomes proposals from clubs, associations, small businesses, local initiatives and technical communities. A proposal does not guarantee implementation, but it helps identify where open technology could have meaningful impact.

A useful proposal explains

  1. Who experiences the problem?
  2. How is the work handled today?
  3. Why are existing tools unsuitable?
  4. What data, systems or people are involved?
  5. What would a successful outcome look like?
  6. Can the resulting work be developed openly?

Do not include passwords, personal data, private infrastructure details or other sensitive information in an initial proposal.
